University of South Carolina Beaufort
The University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) serves more than 2,000 students – 85% of whom are South Carolinians and another 15% coming to the Lowcountry from 31 states and 7 countries. USCB offers 20 Bachelor’s degree programs with 38 areas of specialized study in the School of the Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Science and Mathematics, and the School of the Professions as well as Master's degree programs in Computational Science and Education Literacy. USCB Sand Sharks matriculate on three vibrant campuses: Bluffton (main campus); Beaufort (Studio Arts, the Marine Sciences, and the Beaufort College Honors program); and Hilton Head Island (Hospitality Management). In 2020, USCB was recognized as a top-producer of U.S. Fulbright Scholars.
